These terms govern use of the ParkSmart India customer parking reservation service.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your account PIN and email access secure, and promptly update your details. New accounts require a valid email for secure recovery. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Reservations and payment

A booking reserves parking based on the information and availability shown. No advance payment is collected by the current customer app. The displayed amount is an estimate based on planned duration. Any final amount is based on actual duration and is due at exit under the parking facility's available payment process. Wallet and FASTag payments are not active. Do not rely on an unavailable digital payment option.

Cancellations

You may cancel an eligible unpaid confirmed reservation from My Bookings. A cancelled or unpaid reservation does not earn rewards. Repeated abusive reservations or misuse may lead to restrictions.

Rewards and referrals

Points, coupons, referrals, and milestone discounts are promotional benefits, not cash, deposits, stored value, or transferable property. They are issued only under the displayed eligibility rules and may be withheld or reversed for duplicate accounts, shared identities, fraud, cancellation, failed payment, or abuse.

Parking listings and uploaded photos

If you list a space or upload photos, you confirm that the information is accurate, that you have authority and rights to provide it, and that it is lawful and appropriate. Do not upload private, misleading, infringing, dangerous, or objectionable content. ParkSmart India may review, reject, or remove listings and content and may restrict accounts that misuse the service.

Location and external services

Location features are optional and may depend on device accuracy and third-party map services. External links are governed by the destination's own terms and privacy practices.

Availability and responsibility

We work to keep listings, availability, prices, and directions accurate, but parking facilities remain responsible for their premises and on-site service. Do not use the app while driving. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Account suspension and deletion

We may restrict accounts for fraud, abuse, unlawful content, or security threats. You may permanently delete your account in the authenticated Account area or through the public deletion page. Retention after deletion is described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the service or law changes. Material changes will be communicated through the app or another appropriate channel. Questions may be sent to support@parkeasy.in.
